  • Welcome to “The Seafield Restaurant”. Our aim for 2007 is to have a predominant selection of local produce that is readily available throughout the year. Also new this season is the retail side of the operation, with many of the restaurant ingredients and products to take away for you to enthuse, in the kitchen of your holiday home or permanent residence.

    Oleifera

    Extra virgin Rapeseed oil

     

    All pan-frying and dressings are made from Oleifera.

    This is a Rapeseed oil produced by Borderfields Ltd. A small group of Farmers located in the immediate area.

    It is less than half the saturated fat of Olive oil and has ten times the amount of Omega 3

    An excellent source of natural vitamin E.
